Our FitVerse TEAM is for serious, strong-willed women and men only. All we want is your effort. It's for those who want to take their total fitness to a higher level and achieve optimal fitness, toughness and most importantly, great health!
Coach O develops safe exercises for the TEAM daily, with necessary modifications for those of need, who will accept challenging, make-sense, fitness instructions. Exercises are different daily, which include, multi-functional exercises, agility exercises, core strength exercises, strength and cardiovascular exercises and some say “cruel” exercises.
A typical week of exercises for the TEAM would consist of:
Day 1: Exercises with fitness equipment
Day 2: Obstacle course
Day 3: Body weight exercises
Day 4: Heavy bag hitting and agility exercises
Overtime, you will experience the rewards of versatile fitness training. You will improve your balance and stability, stamina and flexibility. The side effects will be body fat loss, and lean muscle gain.
Our TEAM feeds off of each other’s effort and work. It doesn’t matter what physical fitness ability or level you begin with. Your only prerequisite is the ability to perform jumping-jacks. Coach O will continuously correct your form, while challenging your effort.
Being part of this dynamic TEAM will keep you motivated and energized, and will challenge you consistently to help you reach your personal fitness goals.

Nutritional Guidance:
Nutritional guidance is a mandatory service that is provided for each TEAM member at no extra charge. Coach O's proven Fit-Food journal system will assist you in making healthy food choices for your fitness goals. When you join the TEAM, Coach O will provide you with this information.

Coach O's passion for fitness started in his formative years, while he was transitioning into the health gym industry and then achieved optimal fitness after reaching adulthood.
He began his fitness lifestyle running the hills of San Francisco (a mean feat in itself!). He loved to participate in sports even before his teenage years to this day. This experience served him well to learn what a TEAM is made of. This is why he addresses his clients as TEAM.
It was inevitable, of course, that Coach O would learn the power and rewards of flexibility, balance, stability, strength, power, and speed. So, he wasted no time making exercise apart of his lifestyle. Naturally, it quickly helped him to become even more competitive and successful in reaching his fitness goals. However his wisdom and knowledge continued to grow, Coach O found that it was time to develop a uniquely functional fitness lifestyle that would always work and be DIVERSE.
Coach O's current personal fitness lifestyle is pretty remarkable. It includes sprinting up hills and mountain sides, engaging in all kinds of strength training with and without weights, performing exercises in all positions and directions that the body is intended to do, playing basketball, and flag football full contact leagues. He also enjoys practicing The Art of Krav Maga.
Coach O's twelve plus years in the fitness industry includes experience in personal training, group training, indoor and outdoor fitness boot camp, high school football coaching, health club management, as well as a gym franchise owner and operator.
Founder of Hercules Boot Camp, Coach O has revolutionized his program creating FitVerse. This is his third year teaching his fitness group training in Hercules, California.
Coach O is excited about all the people he continues to teach and help reach their optimal performance, fitness and health. Using fitness and wellness as a bridge to bring people together, is just one of Coach O's passions. The thousands of lives he has taught or helped develop fitness lifestyles for, satisfies his soul. Simply put, Coach O is an amazingly effective trainer. Before working out with him, I exercised only sporadically with my weight fluctuating up and down. Since working with Coach O, not only have I been able to tone my body and release those extra pounds, I have also been able to maintain the body that's perfect for me. I am now in the best shape of my life. I attribute this success to Coach O's passion for fitness. Up until this past July, I had been working out with Coach O and his life changing FitVerse team for almost 2 years. Unfortunately for me, I moved away from the area and not able to continue my workouts with him.
All I can say is you really do appreciate what you have until you don't have it anymore.
Trying to workout in a commercial gym just doesn't get it for me anymore. It's boring, there's no challenge, there's no teamwork and there's no sense of real accomplishment.

I am 40 years old, in the best shape of my life and I owe it to Coach O for showing me how to get there. For about two years now, I have been attending Coach Os group exercises and I am seeing muscles I have never seen before. I am doing things that I never thought I would do! Coach O, and his vigrious workouts reshaped my body. I thought that I was doomed for life, like most women, I would look in the mirror and zoom right into my hips and thighs and wish that they were stronger and leaner. Coach O made that a reality.
You never know what to expect when you meet with Coach, it can be either running the stairs, or pushing his car with him in it or better yet with bricks in it. I like that no workout is ever the same, therefore always shocking the body and never hitting a plateau.

I am a Bikini Fitness Athlete/Competitor and model. I am also a personal trainer myself, but wanted to find someone who could put me through some hard core conditioning drills. In February 2009, I weighted 192 lbs, BMI was 29.2 and FAT% was 27.6. Today January 2010, my riding weight fluctuates between 158 and 162 lbs., BMI at 24 and FAT% at 14%. If weight loss diet and exercise were electrons and positrons, bootcamp will be its linear accelerator. Coach O combines physical exertion, teamwork and consistency to promote strength in mental discipline as well as physical improvement. After you've experience this, you might as well remove the word sedentary from your vocabulary.

"Empowering" is the word I would use for Coach O's bootcamp. He knows exactly how much to push you based on your fitness level. He expects you to do your best, and he is always positive with his encouragements. There's never a "put-down" at his bootcamp, and he has fostered the team attitude with all of us. It's also exciting to go to his classes knowing that one is never a repeat of the previous one. He continually keeps them challenging and I always come out of the class feeling empowered knowing I just did some things I never thought I could do.

My name is Veronica and I have been working-out w/ Coach O for the last two years. I have always exercised. I danced, swam, hiked, walked and biked since I was a kid. However, I never worked-out like I have with Coach O. When I met Coach O I hit a plateau in my work-out routine. I had joined a gym a year early and had seen results, but then nothing.
My friend and I began training w/ him together in after the 1st two weeks I began to notice a change. I started a size 12 and now I am getting to thin for my size 8 jeans! I never thought I could be size 8 again. I have been told by friends from high school that I am looking awesome. BTW: I am 35!
